Sorry that I haven’t posted lately but with my vacation starting and the holidays quickly approaching, it seems like there is never enough time in the day to get everything done. I guess I have to learn how to deal with time management in a more productive way.

I want to also thank everyone for there positive comments about my most recent picture. You all are so kind. Now if I can only believe what I see as my new reality, I’ll be all set. I guess that to will take a bit of time as well. After all I’ve lived with that old body for 45 years and it might take a while before I get use to this new and much more improved and healthy body.

My workout today wasn’t the best and that’s my fault because I didn’t get enough sleep in the night before. I’ll never let that happen again because my trainer wasn’t to happy about that and to be honest I see his point. We are now in the final days of this weight loss competition and I can’t afford to mess up now. So in the Am On Wednesday I’ll be at my 3 hour workout again and I am looking forward to going at it and showing him what I am really made of. :-)

But in the meantime this is what I accomplished:

Bench Press: 95-110 lbs with 4 sets/15 reps each

Barbell Curl:  60 lbs.

Tri Pull-Down: 50 lbs.

Stair/Run Laps: 4 times

Dips: 20 @ 4 sets

Leg Press: 540 lbs. @ 4 sets/15 reps

Now I did take Tuesday off to get some errands done and I’ll be back at it agin On Wednesday AM.

All is going pretty good…
