Sorry that I haven’t posted lately but with my vacation starting and the holidays quickly approaching, it seems like there is never enough time in the day to get everything done. I guess I have to learn how to deal with time management in a more productive way.
I want to also thank everyone for there positive comments about my most recent picture. You all are so kind. Now if I can only believe what I see as my new reality, I’ll be all set. I guess that to will take a bit of time as well. After all I’ve lived with that old body for 45 years and it might take a while before I get use to this new and much more improved and healthy body.
My workout today wasn’t the best and that’s my fault because I didn’t get enough sleep in the night before. I’ll never let that happen again because my trainer wasn’t to happy about that and to be honest I see his point. We are now in the final days of this weight loss competition and I can’t afford to mess up now. So in the Am On Wednesday I’ll be at my 3 hour workout again and I am looking forward to going at it and showing him what I am really made of.
But in the meantime this is what I accomplished:
Bench Press: 95-110 lbs with 4 sets/15 reps each
Barbell Curl: 60 lbs.
Tri Pull-Down: 50 lbs.
Stair/Run Laps: 4 times
Dips: 20 @ 4 sets
Leg Press: 540 lbs. @ 4 sets/15 reps
Now I did take Tuesday off to get some errands done and I’ll be back at it agin On Wednesday AM.
All is going pretty good…

Until you said you took Tuesday off I didn’t realize that it wasn’t 12/1 today!
How many days left till the end of the competition?
