  • %Fat = 31.4 % : Down 1.42%
  • Lean Mass = 196.89 pounds: Up 1.73 pounds
  • Fat Mass = 90.11 pounds: Down 5.23 pounds
  • Biceps =  15: Up 1
  • Triceps = 18: Down 1
  • Subscapulor =  27: Down 3
  • Illiac = 21: Down 5

Circumference Measurements  (Inches) @

  • Shoulders = 55: Down ¼ inch
  • Arm = 16 ¼: Up  ½ inch
  • Chest = 50 ¼: Up ¾ inches
  • Waist = 45: Down 1 inch
  • Abs =50: Down ½ inch
  • Thigh = 28 ¼: Up ¾ inch
  • Calf = 18: Down ½ inch


JULY 1st, 2009

Body Composition @

  • %Fat = 32.82 % : Down 2%
  • Lean Mass = 195.16 pounds: Down 11.79 pounds
  • Fat Mass = 95.34 pounds: Down 14.8 pounds

  • Biceps =  14: Down 3
  • Triceps = 19: Down 5
  • Subscapulor =  30: Down 3
  • Illiac = 26: Down 3

Circumference Measurements  (Inches) @

  • Shoulders = 55.25: Down 1.25 inches
  • Arm = 15.75: Down .50 inches
  • Chest = 49.50: Down 1.75 inches
  • Waist = 46: Down 3.5 inches
