I like the Hot 100 goals Rob…you are doing such a fine job staying on track or getting back on track when a slick corner gives you trouble!

Yes, i am getting back on track real quickly now and feeling good about it all and the direction I am going. Thanks so much for the support and encouragement. You are one awesome person!

These are great, Rob. I like the post where you shared your trainers comments in relation to these goals. I especially like the advice he gave on keeping them positive (cans not can’ts). I have trouble with that too. I may just use your template and ideas and set myself some goals too!

Help Yourself
Setting goals is new to me and I have a feeling that it will help me do better in all areas of my life. Paul is quite awesome. he knows his stuff and I get to benefit from his experience and knowledge.

Rob, I think this is a great looking set of goals. I am anxious to see them get marked off the list.

One marked off already
I think they all are realistic as well. Now I just have to remember that for once I actually set goals and now I have to work on them.
