I totally forgot how very freaking far you really have come!!! I am sooo glad you are back with a trainer. These pics totally confirm that you need the abuse!
I looked at my before surgery pics at the doctor’s yesterday. Blew me away then too. By the way it is official…a loss of 104 pounds!
Thanks so much Lee. Your awesome as well and your transforamtion is fantastic as well. The weight you lost is amazing and a big WOW. I’m proud of you as well. It’s nice to have someone at work that I can relate to and I think we are on the same page a lot as well. I guess I’ll now have to be really good or someone just might let some information leak out to my trainers. You know that’s blackmail
I absolutely 100% need a trainer and as you know I did go a bit downhill without one. That kind of shows me that I need that extra push to get me moving forward.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you make some regular visits here.
You go girl
Still Wow.. 104 pounds..
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the compliment as well. I am on this awesome journey and I love working as hard as I can to achieve the bets health I can. I put it all out there, the good and the bad because that’s what happens in life. We just have to make sure we turn the negative into something more positive.
Thanks so much. I am so humbled It’s so nice to hear a compliment that high. That really made my day and of course created a smile as well You and your son are doing great work as well.
Thanks for stopping by and of course for the compliment as well. It has been a lot of hard work, but well worth it all. As soon as I have my day off I’ll be visiting you as well. I really do enjoy meeting new people who are just as fitness oriented as I am.
Thank you so much for the compliment. In the past I always went on this journey and did it for others. Well that never worked because I would just gain the weight back. Now that i am doing this for me I get more satisfaction from it as well. It’s never easy but it is so well worth it. I still have about 70 more pounds I want to lose so I just continue on and really look forward to the day i reach my goal weight. Which I hope to do by my birthday in September.
Fabulous! Blogdom is the greatest thing to happen to health and wellness in a long time. Thank you for sharing your journey, it encourages me more than I can say to see others going through the same battle, and being honest about it.
Pictures are very inspiring to me, because it SHOWS the people looking at the outside that they can do it too. Great progress, Rob. Do you mind if I link to your blog?
Thanks for the kind words and comment. It’s refreshing to hear that I might be inspiring to others. I work hard at what I do and my goal is to help, motivate and support others in there journey to better health.
I am going to watch your progress! I am so proud of you! YOu can do this and beat the demon of over weight. I myself went from 234lbs to 167 and I have kept it off! I am going to add you to my favourites so I can watch you!

My favorite one is still you on the press machine! Nothin’ like working hard and having someone snap pics of you! It shows your dedication and perseverence to your goals.
I have to say I think that is my favorite one as well. It’s not a real posed picture and does show my perseverance to my goals. My trainer took that picture as well as all of my workout ones. I’ll have to see if he’ll take more. Plus I have to admit I look good in that picture and I don’t say that a lot about the way I look in them. I usually dislike them altogether.
By the way thanks again!
Awesome pics. THese will inspire many. Fantastic job on your transformation both inside and out. Thanks for all of your encouragement also. Keep it up. http://run4change.wordpress.com
Rob, Congrats on Your loss so far; 86 pounds is impressive. My theory is; if you want to lose a lot of weight, live with a lousy cook. LOL Just kidding of course, You obviously understand that there is no substitute for a good workout regiment; diets are fine, but diets alone just don’t do it. Well, keep up the great work it looks like Your trainer and You still have a lot on Your plate; er I mean, You have Your hands full; no that’s not it either, oh what ever that expression is. Keep us posted on Your success because You are an inspiration to us all,
Peace and Love
