Renewed Weight Loss for 2009

Now let me start by saying that my goal for weekly weight loss is between 3-4 pounds/week or 12-15 pounds/month. So here is how it’s going. let me also say that when I first started this journey in 2007 I weighed it as 385 pounds. Now a new phase has begun  in 2009 and this is my new starting point and figures.

September 28th @ 303 pounds

October 1st @ 299 pounds (Down 4 lbs.)

October 9th @ 297 pounds  (-2 lbs, TTD @ -6 lbs)

October 22nd @ 299 pounds (+ 2 lbs, TTD @ -4lbs)

    • Thanks so much. I have a ways to go though and that’s the hardest part about all this. I’ll get there though. :-)

  • Nice progress Rob. A small steady loss will get you, and keep you, where you want to be.

    • I’m not happy with the small lose but I guess the gradual loss is better than a gain. It just seems like I work real hard and the results of the loss just doesn’t seem to be what it should be. I weigh again tonight and I hope it’s better. :-) Thanks for the continued support. Your awesome!

  • Looks like you are making great progress with your weight loss. Congratulations! Have you considered the mental/emotional factor in the weight loss process? It can help one’s progress tremendously. I recommend a technique such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technigue.)

  • Can’t wait to see how you progress throughout the year. 2008 was a big one for me too. My goal this year is to be at or below 10% body fat by Christmas day 2009. I am not stuck on a particular weight as long ass my body fat is down there..
